What Wizelp is

Wizelp connects people who need help with people who can offer it. Jump on a live video call to fix a tech issue, learn a skill, get advice, or run a class. Helpers earn per minute; seekers pay only for the time they use.

For people who need help: find a helper by skill, call, and get it done together.

For people who offer help (Wizelpers): list your abilities, set your rates, take calls or host events, and get paid.

Flexible formats: 1:1 calls, group events, or public sessions that viewers can watch and chat.

Definitions (plain English)

Ability: anything you're happy to help others with. (e.g., Wi-Fi troubleshooting, guitar basics, career advice).
You don’t have to be an expert — beginners are welcome too, there is always someone a step behind you! It doesn’t have to be a formal “skill”.

Event: an event is simply a live moment you host for others. It doesn’t have to be anything big or formal. It could be a relaxed Q&A, a mini workshop, a group practice session, or just a space to chat about a topic you care about together.

Our story

Wizelp began with a simple insight from our founder, Mike Cameron: his three kids often called asking how to do things — and most problems could be solved quickly over a call.

The idea took shape in 2018. Early builds didn't make it to production, but the vision stuck. In 2024, Mike rebuilt Wizelp from scratch with modern tech. We're now launching in November 2025 and opening the doors to everyone who wants to give or get help.
