Call them directly from their profile. The first minute is a grace period to check you're a good match.
If you hang up before the first minute is over, you're not charged. After that, you're billed per minute.
Stay on the call as long as you both want, then hang up. The cost for your call is taken from your wallet automatically.

On Wizelp, an ability is anything you're happy to help others with – from cooking tips or guitar basics to career advice or tech support. List what you can help with, choose your level (beginner, intermediate , advanced, professional), and set your availability and rates.
When someone needs help you offer, their call comes through tagged with that ability. Answer when you're available.
Talk them through the problem over live video — demonstrate, explain, or screen share as needed.
When the call ends, you receive the call income minus Wizelp's platform fees (around 15%, including VAT and referral pool). Earnings go into your Wizelp balance, ready to withdraw or spend.
An event is a live session you host for multiple people – a Q&A, mini workshop, group class, or just a space to talk about a topic together. Create sessions where people can join and pay for the time they attend.
Wizelp is flexible. Sessions can be one-to-one or shared with a wider audience.
Runs the call or event and earns money. Helpers set the topic, rate, and whether the session is private or public.
